How do I Cancel my Subscription?

Why do I get Error 691?

If you are getting error 619 it is most probably due to one of the following reasons.

1 - The user name or password is incorrect.

    Make sure that you enter your user name and password exactly as displayed after your purchase, or in the receipt e-mail.

2 - Another computer is already connected with the same account.

    If you're certain that no other computer is connected, wait a few minutes and then try to connect again.

3 - The account has expired

Do note that some ISPs do not send disconnection request automatically when a user restart or shutdown the pc before disconnecting from vpn, so the user will remain online and the server wont allow new connection with the same ID. This will also cause for VPN error 619.

 

Why do I get Error 721?

If you are getting error 721 please check the router settings and make sure TCP Port 1723, IP Protocol 47 (GRE) are opened. Also make sure that the router has the PPTP enabled and no firewall (Windows or other) blocking the traffic. Then try again using the login details given to you.
